Join us for lunch Wednesday August 2, 2017!  Bon Appétit chefs from across the Midwest will be here on campus for the 2017 Bon Appétit Midwest Chef's Collaboration and will conclude their time by preparing a lunch to be featured in Hoover Hall.

Each year during the Eat Local Challenge, we serve a meal made entirely of foods grown within 150 miles of this café. This year you’re going to eat something you had no idea was grown right around here. Join us for the big reveal at our all-local meal!
